You may need to add a protein shake to your day. I also know some people mistake thirst for hunger so make sure you are well hydrated. Mizfit is a runner. Norma at Welcome To My World works out hard. You may ask them how they have adjusted calories intake for the energy they expend. It's also another reason to eat intuitively. If your stomach is growling, it's time to eat something. This should be something that contributes to your health, not junk. Remember the stomach is above the waist and that's where the growl will be.
