Right now I am only running once a week- it is on a rail trail so it is flat, so that was the only thing I was concentrating on when thinking about the fact that I now can run 5 miles. But I wonder how much of timing is contributing to it as well - I wake up at 6, eat a banana or a whole-wheat waffle with jam, leave the house at 6:30 and drive 30 minutes to meet my friend. So I am more awake, I have a little something in my stomach. I don't have that luxury during the week. I don't want to wake up before 5:30! And I need to be done with my workout by 6:30, so when I was doing some running outside, it was rolling out of bed. But I also am starting on a slight incline, which wasn't helping me mentally. I am not sure when I will get back to running around my house - it may not be until after my race in September, but I need to find a way to make it bearable around here because someday I will need to run more than once a week!

Keep up the good work!jesseybellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06058891441606968579noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1140368830616369247.post-9573260994158114402013-07-10T11:39:16.591-05:002013-07-10T11:39:16.591-05:00Go, Leah!
