I was able to get in two workouts before I left, but never made it to the hotel gym. Haven't weighed in this week yet, but I feel like I made good choices while down here. I am a vegetarian so my options are already limited when eating out. I did go over my calories last night at dinner but certainly ate a lot less than I would have if I wasn't tracking - skipped the alcohol and only took a taste of dessert.
