First off, I want to thank Jane for awarding me the Liebster Award. I googled "Liebster" and this blog said "Liebster is German for friend or love." The point of the award to is to recognize blogs with less than 200 followers. I am to pick 5 blogs to share with you, so here are my picks.
- Jodie at
Bigger Than a Baby ElephantIt's Never Too Late to be Who You Might Have Been has been such a great encouragement to me as I've been working on getting back with the program in my weight loss journey. She is also a mother of twin girls, like me, so that holds a special place in my heart. :) - Christine at My Life...is so encouraging and is a great testimony to not giving up on yourself when finding the perfect balance in weight loss maintenance, family and well...life.
- Prairie Princess at 90 to go is a fairly new weight loss blogger that I've recently started following. She is giving weight loss another try in her life and the fact that she is not giving up on herself is great! I appreciate her love of writing!
- Jesseybell at Getting Fit Again in My 40s may not like me for sending people over to check her blog out (forgive me *grin*), but I'm so glad to see her continuing to press on though weight loss has been a great struggle in her life lately. I know we can all relate and it never hurts to go support those that are still fighting the fight.
- Pam at Mr & Mrs. Meltaway is BACK!!!! I'm so thrilled to see her not giving up on the battle after everything she's been through the past year, year and a half.
And here's a funny a friend of mine shared with me today. A little known fact she read on Real Simple magazine's website today....
“Research tells us that fourteen out of any ten individuals like chocolate." -Sandra Boyton
Amen!! *giggle* Have a great day!
Aww, thank you so much for this award. I'll get this up on my blog probably tomorrow! I'm glad I can come along on this journey with you!
ReplyDeleteThanks Leah!!!
ReplyDeleteWill work on this ASAP.
You are such a blessing!
Thank you so much - that is so sweet. I really hope I can keep up writing more often no matter how bad it gets (hopefully it won't be bad again!) I always said that I start gaining once I stop getting on the scale every day and stop being accountable and that is exactly what has happened these last 6 months. No more!
ReplyDeleteLeah, thank you so much for this! You are so kind. I am going to write about it on my blog tonight. Take care and thanks for the support again.
