I started getting serious about working on weight loss in the middle of May 2009. It took me months to finally feel that I could really do this, so my journey is a slow and steady one...

Beginning Photo

Beginning Weight: 231 lbs. May 2009

6/30/10: 201.0 lbs

(-30.0 lbs. total)

May 2011: 181.0

(-50 total)

11/11/11: 181.0

(-50 again...for the first time since the above weigh-in. HOORAY!! :) )

May 2012: 171.0 *2nd mini goal reached*

8/16/13: FINALLY broke 160. :)

Then serious life happend in 2014 and 2015 and I ended up here:

September 2015: 190.5

Started Weight Watchers 4/4/2016:

Starting Weight: 201.8

Currently: 198.6
