Start Now
I found this amidst the magnets on my fridge last week when I cleaned it. So true.... (please excuse the quick scanning job that didn't crop to the fortune. )
I started getting serious about working on weight loss in the middle of May 2009. It took me months to finally feel that I could really do this, so my journey is a slow and steady one...
