I'm happy with a stay-the-same weigh-in as well because it's not a gain!
I can totally relate to you last post as well about what's it going to take to get where we want to be. I've lost weight and am no longer considered morbidly obese, I am now just obese. This is still not good or healthy and I don't want to be obese anymore, I want to be in the healthy weight range.
I think our heads have wondered a little and we just need to focus and get ourselves back on track. As my husband says "no-one can do it except you" You and he are both right in that we need to take responsibility for ourselves and make it happen. We can do this and we will.
I started getting serious about working on weight loss in the middle of May 2009. It took me months to finally feel that I could really do this, so my journey is a slow and steady one...
Good job for the maintain!
ReplyDeleteNothing wrong with holding firm for a while! Hope you have a blessed week.
ReplyDeleteLeah, you look fantastic! I just got back on my blog (crazy semester) and was so pleased to hear about the clothes. Hugs!
