I started getting serious about working on weight loss in the middle of May 2009. It took me months to finally feel that I could really do this, so my journey is a slow and steady one...

again...for the first time since the above weigh-in. HOORAY!! :) )
May 2012: 171.0 *2nd mini goal reached*
8/16/13: FINALLY broke 160. :)
