I'm not freaking out about interrupting my early morning workout streak as I do commit to four days of working out Monday through Friday. So, tomorrow is going to be my fourth day.
I have a long day ahead of me, so I will get going.

I'm sorry TOM is taking his toll on you! I don't feel let down at all, you have gotten up early the rest of the week and can still meet your goal tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you aren't beating yourself up about not getting up this morning. Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves and end up derailing our goals in the process.
