Well, I got up early again this morning to workout. It went well. I managed to stay awake afterwards also. I'd like to say that I'll keep this up every day, but I
can't won't commit to that just yet. While I like the fact that it is done for the day, I'm just not sure I"ll get used to waking up early and working out first thing in the morning.
Anyway, we'll see.. Like I said, I'll keep you posted. I do like the mornings, so maybe after a week I"ll really get into it. :) Lord knows I have plenty of crafts to finish up for Christmas that I could do on the days I don't work and would have "extra" time in if I workout early in the day.

Hey! Glad to see I'm not the only one having to suffer with getting up early! Although It's not as bad as I thought, but it's still rough! Glad you're still getting it in though. It's just all about a "new routine" right? I just wish I could get my whole life on a new routine!! Hee hee! Good job girlfriend
